We’re constantly in a state of contraction and relaxation, like a breath, in both microcosm and macrocosm. The Metatron Cube reveals this in our biology.

We live in a permanent state of tension in our dual matter, with minute contractions in our flesh, organs and tissues. These tensions enable the densification of energies right down to the matter of physical bodies. They are inherent to dense matter as we perceive it with our senses.

Depending on the state of health of the biology, tensions vary from very slight to strong, and can violently contract or even rigidify the physical body.

The Metatron Cube, placed between the feet, allows us to enter into a fine-tuned awareness of what is going on in the subterranean layers of our biology, and consequently of our psyche, and to feel those tensions that we are not aware of in waking consciousness because they are permanent, chronic.

Layer by layer, through regular exposure, the Cube reveals these tensions and neutralizes them. As soon as we feel a tension, we consciously relax until it dissolves. We open ourselves up to feeling those contractions, those tightenings of our flesh that correspond to our greatest fears. The more we welcome them, the more we allow them to relax.

In a second phase, we discover that these tensions are decoys revealing other, deeper, older tensions. And again we welcome, we relax. And once again, other tensions are revealed. And we follow this cycle, this treasure hunt. And the new tensions revealed may once again be in this first part of our body, but in a deeper stratum.

In this way, stratum after stratum, we tame ourselves, returning in a spiral to the origin of who we are, through our layers of fear and material tension.

For these fears are what make us exist. Layer upon layer, they are our identification with matter. The more we release them, the more we disidentify, the more we return to the original source point within us.
