If I had to choose just one tool, I’d go for the Double 7 Flames.
The 1st time I used it, I felt the intervertebral discs swell and the distance between each vertebra lengthen! For people with compressed vertebrae, it’s great! This tool helps you grow, both physically and spiritually… Even when I think “I’m lengthening my back, I’m not lengthening it as much as I would with the Double 7 Flames in my hands!
